It’s hard to believe that Sounds in the House – Sonidos en la casa, our first children’s mystery, was published 20 years ago! It’s been quite an adventure (since our first publisher died the day we were to print). We’ve had a lot of wild and funny exploits—and are gratified to be among the few publishers for young readers to survive two full decades.
OFFERINGS
By year’s end, we’ll have 30 unique book titles/textbooks, 30 classroom lesson plans (many free), 16 themed book bundles—and about 275 entertaining products/gifts (hard/soft/ebook/audio formats, language versions, and concept compilations).
We’ve rebranded from Gozo Books, to Premio Publishing, to Kids World Books (see our latest logo and site) and have YouTube and TikTok channels, lots of social media profiles, and numerous book awards. Our titles have had nods from Publisher’s Weekly, Kirkus, School Library Journal, ForeWord, and The Horn Book. They’re in schools, homeschools, and libraries around the world—from Poland to Peru to the Philippines—and available via most book outlets/distributors.
